How I work and position myself
I work with companies during phases of strategic, market-side decision-making – including growth, transformation, the development of new business models, and entry into new, highly regulated markets.
For more than two decades, I have held leadership roles up to CEO level, combining overall entrepreneurial responsibility with hands-on operational execution. My background spans regulated financial services, automotive and mobility ecosystems, as well as platform-based business models.
One of my core strengths lies in translating strategy into market reality: turning clear strategic direction into robust market positioning, effective go-to-market approaches, and scalable organizational and steering models. I combine analytical depth with pragmatic execution and a clear focus on commercial impact.
A central element of my work is the development and management of market and partner relationships. This includes building and scaling partnerships, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and aligning collaborations around shared economic objectives – from market entry to the scaling of established business models.
My experience also includes supporting international companies, including Asian and Chinese organizations, in their market entry into Europe and Germany. Success in these contexts depends not only on regulatory compliance, but in particular on a deep understanding of local market dynamics, partner structures, and decision-making processes.
My work is characterized by clear decision-making, a structured approach, and the ability to make complex topics accessible to diverse stakeholder groups. I operate with a strong sense of responsibility, a results-oriented mindset, and a high standard for reliability and leadership culture.
I am open to different role formats – as CEO or Managing Director with market responsibility, in senior commercial build-up roles, or in advisory or board positions. What matters most to me are clarity of mandate, entrepreneurial scope, and measurable impact.
Through my role as CEO of a regulated financial institution, I am approved by the German financial regulator (BaFin) as a managing director and combine regulatory reliability with a clearly market-oriented leadership approach.
